Since 2019, Columbine has supported 6 of it’s staff in attending an intensive 7-day Water Harvesting Practitioner Certification course in Tucson, Arizona. All of them passed the rigorous 2 part exam and now confidently and passionately harvest the rain, leveraging the use of this free resource in the landscape.
Rain Gardens employ strategically designed and carefully implemented earth-sculpting techniques to maximize the amount of water that stays in your landscape as opposed to running off the property and into streets and storm drains.
We are thrilled that Columbine has quickly become recognized as southwest Colorado’s Rain Garden go-to resource.
