Meg brings nineteen years of landscape design experience and a deep fluency in Colorado's high-desert and mountain ecosystems. A graduate of Colorado State University's Landscape Architecture program — where she earned the 2006 Colorado ASLA Student Merit Award — her designs are rooted in Firewise principles, native and adaptive planting, and a commitment to year-round beauty. In 2024 she became a Certified Water Harvesting Practitioner, adding a formal framework to a practice already shaped by waterwise thinking.
Based in Durango, Colorado, Meg designs refined residential landscapes across Southwest Colorado that function as restorative outdoor retreats — spaces that support pollinators, reflect the character of the land, and age gracefully. As a Wildfire Ambassador with Wildfire Adapted Partnership, she actively educates her community on fire-safe landscaping, bringing both beauty and resilience to properties throughout the Four Corners region.
Nature, culture and community are all bound together by the magical chain of life.
