A in-person meeting is by far the best way to explore ideas, as well as to understand the exposure, grade, drainage, microclimates and aesthetics of existing elements including your home. We do ask you to cover our minimum consulting fee for this first site visit.
Based on our site visit and with the detailed measurements, notes and photos we take on site, we will start the process of bringing your vision to life with a detailed full-color plan.
Using a step-by-step approach to bringing your landscape to life
Whether or not you are planning on doing the work yourself, as an additional service , your designer can work with one of our project managers to develop a step-by-step guide to installation along with a detailed materials and plant schedule.
If you are doing the work yourself, this breaks the design into manageable sections and means you can spread the cost over time if you so choose. If you are working with a contractor, this detailed plan will help the contractor understand each separate element in the design, reduce uncertainty and the overall cost of installation.
