We are looking for a motivated, personable, experienced Administrator to join our team who is passionate about working for a company that believes business can be a vehicle for change.
This position is a frontline role in the company where warmth and relatability are highly valued. Excellent email and phone correspondence skills are necessary. The person who fills this role must be able to put people at ease and assist in addressing their concerns.
Our ideal candidate will prioritize customer service, and will be a reliable, hard-working, fun, respectful and flexible team-player who can also work independently. The position requires 2 years of past experience in the same, or similar position. Short-listed candidates will be asked to submit their resume.
Reports to Operations Managers
The position includes, but is not limited to, client relations, preparing payroll, creating daily schedules, oversight of the field team, and scheduling appointments/events.
Pay is negotiable and will be hourly with a starting rate during training, increasing once working independently without guidance. This is a full time seasonal position. Pay can be annualized beginning in March when work begins.
