We’re Hiring a

Landscape Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Columbine design team is known for creating innovative, solutions-orientated landscapes that express a sense of place and create habitat for humans and other members of the ecological web of life to result in more harmony for all.

Our style is collaborative, making effective communication integral to the position and the smooth running of Columbine’s design system. Details are important here as every stage of the process is recorded so that others on the team can easily reference the progress of the project so we can support each other as needed.

Our standard is a two week turn around time on producing beautiful, functional, integrated designs, and one week for estimates not requiring a design. The Designer works up estimates for their designs, breaking out the vision to an itemized list of numbers that meet the client’s budget. Once the client approves the budget, the Designer sources materials, scheduling  delivery to the job site, and works alongside the crew toward installation. The Designer visits the site at the end of the project to ensure their vision has been realized according to their specifications.
